Summer Prairie Wildflowers

Native prairie wildflowers can be seen blooming at:

  1. Dallas Lake Park along the entry drive and along the prairie trail.
  2. Delt Church Park along the entry drive and along the field trail.
  3. Pine Knob Park in the prairie and through the Fen trail.

Below are a few of the many native summer wildflowers you will find in the restored portions of our parks.  They may be great additions to your personal gardens as well!

  • Summer Hours: May 1-Labor Day   8:00 am-9:00 pm.   
  • Winter Hours: Labor Day-April 30   8:00 am- Legal Sunset.
  • Park Office: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 noon, and 12:30 pm-3:30 pm.
