Reservation Fee

• One-Day Rental:  $200.00 (includes tax)
• Weekend Packages are available - no overnights
• Access to the building is only allowed on the day(s) paid

A $125 refundable security deposit is required (cash or check only). Due when you pick up the building key at the Dallas Lake Park Office.

Park Hours Summer Hours: May 1-Labor Day   8:00 am-9:00 pm.    Winter Hours: Labor Day-April 30   8:00 am- Legal Sunset. Park Office: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 noon, and 12:30 pm-3:30 pm.
