4. You understand that you must file in each and every county in which you have a conviction.
5. You understand that you must include all of your convictions in each and every county on your petition. This means felonies and misdemeanors, including misdemeanor convictions related to traffic offenses.
6. You understand that you must file in each and every county within one year after you file your first petition.
7. You understand that failure to comply with the instructions contained herein may result in you being unable to have some of your convictions expunged.
