Drug Disposal

Safely dispose of unused or expired prescription and nonprescription medications by dropping them into a drug disposal box at one of the locations listed below. 

Before disposing of prescription medications, be sure to remove all personal information on labels and packaging. All of your medicines dropped off at the take back locations will be properly destroyed.

*Please note needles cannot be dropped into the drug disposal bins.

Drug Deactivation Bags

Drug deactivation bags are available to dispose of medications safely in the home. 

Each bag can dispose of up to 45 pills or 6 oz. of liquid or 6 patches. If you would like a supply of drug deactivation bags, please christina.blaskie@parkview.com (260) 463-9389.
